2.What should I wear?
We recommend chic athleisure—comfortable outfits that allow for movement during yoga and relaxation throughout the event. Think yoga sets, leggings, flowy lounge pieces, or anything that makes you feel at ease.

Your ticket grants you access to the full Relax, Relate, Release experience, which includes:

Not at all! Our yoga session is designed for all levels.

When does the group start? The first group will be Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The groups will be weekly on Tuesdays 7:00pm - 7:30pm. The last group will be held on October 15, 2024.
Do I have to attend all groups? Yes it is highly encouraged that you are able to meet for all 6 sessions.
Where will the groups be held? The groups will take place virtually. You will receive a link to the first session after your registration is complete.
Is this event refundable? No, all sales are final.

Soul Bloom SUNDAY, LEGO’s +CHILL
Unwind and relax with Soul Bloom Sundays, “Lego's & Chill Edition”. We invite you to embrace the cozy vibes of fall while indulging in a creative and relaxing afternoon. We will begin the event with a guided journaling session to reflect, and embrace the new season. followed by the perfect vibe with your fav R&B songs, as you craft, at your own pace, a beautiful floral lego bouquet. What better way to celebrate and embrace the first day of fall!

“THAT GIRL”
Girls In Bloom is a mini-camp cultivated to educate, inspire, and empower. Our Summer Camp’s workshops are centered around social emotional learning, wellness, art, life skills, navigating friendships, etiquette, communication skills, hygiene, confidence building, personal styling, taking care of our whole body, and so much more! Our amazing line up of workshop hosts are inspiring women ready to pour into our young ladies during their “blooming” season.
