  • Both in person and virtual “telehealth” therapy are available. I am licensed in the state of Georgia. This means if you are interested in my therapy services, you must be a Georgia resident. • We do not accept insurance.

Insurance providers require a formal diagnosis for session coverage, which also becomes a permanent entry on your medical history. You might be seeking support for issues like life transitions that don't necessarily warrant a specific diagnosis for insurance reimbursement. The insurance company sets the duration and direction of therapy, including the number of sessions and treatment methods. They reserve the right to access therapists' records whenever necessary.

To ensure that we can use this space to focus solely on your needs I have chosen not to join any insurance network.

  • For “virtual “or “telehealth” therapy, with our HIPAA compliant system “Simple Practice” you will receive a one time link prior to each session. This link can be accessed using a computer, laptop, tablet, or cell phone. This allows you to attend your session in an accessible way.

  • We ask our clients to communicate cancellations at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. We encourage clients to be on time for their appointment to utilize their entire session. We have a grace period of 15 minutes, before marking clients as a “no show”. Our late cancellation fee and no show fee is $60.
